I saw this picture by roby-boh and was inspired toongrrl.deviantart.com/art/TB… and also by the 100 Years of Beauty series on YouTube by The Cut. I got reinvigorated after BBT had their finale and ripped my heart out thanks to Mad Men's series finale.
So here it is: Pasadena, 1907. On their way to Cawston Ostrich Farm, scientists Leonard and Sheldon meet a bachelor girl named Penny. Obviously Leonard is enthralled while Sheldon is amused.

Keep in mind, I had to move from their apartment to elsewhere since it was very rare for most boarding houses to house single men and women under the same roof
Penny and Leonard look paler here don't they? Well tans weren't fashionable back then and it'd be impossible for middle class Caucasians to seek a tan.
