Joan and Peggy: They're doing fine

1942: Joanie Holloway (age 11) and Peggy Olson (age 3). I know that Joan's father had left when she was young but I don't have so much knowledge of her past, maybe she is of Eastern-European descent (that ornate accordion) and from a lower-middle class background? Peggy at this time, still had her father alive and was the youngest in a family that gave her hand-me-downs, this one was a rare store-bought outfit for her birthday.
1947: Joan (stop calling her Joanie) Holloway sets her sights on the junior and senior boys at school while excelling in her studies while 8 year old Peggy Olson is excitedly awaiting for her first hunting trip in Coney Island.
1952: Joan Holloway is looking for a secretary job in Madison Avenue, finally settling in on Sterling Cooper. She even made a spontaneous purchase, the gold pen necklace. Peggy Olson is a teenager now and going to Parochial school. She is trying to put her father's tragic death behind her right now.
1957: Joan is now Head Secretary of Sterling Cooper and has broken off with Kinsey at some point. Peggy has just graduated from High School and is heading to Miss Deaver's Secretarial School.
1967: Peggy is now Chief Copy at a new agency and Joan Harris is now a partner at SCDP. What does the future hold for them now?
